The Road of Life...

On the bumpy road of life,
there are sharp curves,
potholes and speed bumps!

And there are those good friends
who come to your rescue when
you get off the path and
need help!

Lurch and I have been in mid-air
from a big old speed bump
which caught us without
both hands on the wheel!

You, my friends, once again
came to our rescue and got
us back on the road
heading in the right direction!

We got some good news on
Lurch's latest diagnostic heart tests!
Please continue your prayers as
we continue our trip to MD Anderson
with my Mother and as Lurch
undergoes surgery on yet another toe.

We are keeping our eyes on the road,
our hands on the wheel
and our hearts in your hands!

I miss Cher too, what the hell is wrong with her? Maybe we should do an Obama post and that is what is wrong, she's missed those exciting things we have to say about how Obama is the best President ever!! What do you think? Things will be fine for you girlfriend, as you know, I got your back!!!

Gosh I hate to be weird but I don't think I know your name ?? Tried to look over your blog and see it, maybe I have missed it somewhere but DEAR RENAISSANCECHICK I am glad Lurch is staying on the right path. I know how all this must be extremely stressful, both my DH has gone through a heart attack and my Mom had Lymphoma
cancer. Keeping all of you in my thoughts and prayers. MD Anderson in Houston is a great hospital I have heard. This past year my brother had major heart surgery done there.
Friendship hugsssssssssss

Hey, the road may be under construction and traffic a little slow getting through, but get through we will! Even if I have to get a tow chain and attach it to you bumper, let's promise each other to keep it between the ditches!
I'm here anytime you need a shoulder to pull over on and I will continue to keep y'all in my prayers just as I know you will me!
So glad that he is doing better...we need 'em even if we don't like to admit it!
Love you,
Debbie

Who would have thunk we'd think about our silliness on your blogs as the good old days!! Thank you so much for the prayers and support the last couple of days. It's so appreciated. Hope Lurch is still doing good. Love ya, sweetie.
