now that's excercise I could live with!
You know, my treadmill keeps calling my name. I was just talking to Brande about that yesterday. I told her once I get two days in on it I'm hooked. She told me I should go home after work and get started! Yep, two days on my feet and lets get two or three miles in on the treadmill, right?
